Due to the nature of our products returns/exchanges/refunds/and cancellations are not allowed. All items are sold "As Is". This goes for purchases made online and in-store.

Special orders are made especially for you based on style, color, and size options. This means no other customer has touched or worn your item.  Special Orders size are based off of a size chart in accordance to the manufacturer. They will not be custom fit and some alterations may be needed. Alterations are not included in the cost of the dress.

All items listed on the website that are in stock (from the store itself - not a special order) are floor samples and have been tried on several times. This may mean the product is not in new condition. Alterations are not included in the cost. Most of these dresses are on sale for 75% or more off of the original price.

In the event of a cancelled event all payments made will be forfeited. We understand that things can happen and life changes. Please feel free to call and speak with management if we need to discuss any other arrangements.
